TECASORB’UN TEDAVİ EDİCİ ETKİLERİ

Tecasorb adı verilen tıbbi malzeme varisli ülserli, şeker bozuklukları, decabitus ülserler, yanıklar, impetigo travmatik değişikler, infekte olmuş yaralar, farklı infekte olmuş yaralar , salgılı tümör bozukluklar ve diğer problemlerin tedavisi için belirtilen aktive edilmiş karbon tekstilinden yapılmış bir kaplama ve iyileştirme sargı malzemesidir. Tecasorb absorbent, gözenekli ve geçirgen olup organik maddeler, mikroorganizmalar toksinler ve istenmeyen kokunun absorpiyonu için uygundur. Üreticinin verilerine göre, iki tabakalı bir kaplamadır. Üst tabaka viskoz ve polipropilen kumaş karışımından imal edilmiş dokunmamış beyaz tekstilden yapılmıştır. Siyah bir emici madde için aktif olmayan bir aracı oluşturur. Kullanma Talimatı

1. Yarayı İzotonik solüsyon veya kaynatılmış su ile temizleyin ve nemlendirin.Yarayı nemli bırakın.

2. Tecasorb’un siyah kısmını İzotonik solüsyon veya kaynatılmış su ile nemlendirin.Örtünün siyah kısmını yara yüzeyine temas edecek şekilde yerleştirin. Yarada yüksek oranda sızıntı olması halinde, örtü kuru olarak da kullanılabilir.Orta düzeyde sızıntı yapan yaralarda, siyah kısmı tamamıyla ıslatılarak örtüyü uygulayın, eklenmiş gazlı bez ile örtünüz ve bandaj ile sabitleyiniz.

Değiştirmek için ilk önce gazlı bezi çıkartın,örtüyü nemlendirdikten sonra özenle ve yavaş bir şekilde yaradan çıkartınız. Değişimi ilk gün 6 saat ara ile, sonraki günlerde ise 12 saat ara ile uygulayınız.

Not: Sargı bezi değiştirme süreleri yaranın içeriğine göre değişiklik gösterebilir.

Derin yaralar için yukarıdaki talimatları izleyiniz.Karbonun yara yüzeyine direkt temas etmesini (yaranın içine) sağlayın, sargıyı yerine tutturmak dolayısı ile sorbent’in yara tabanına yavaşça oturmasını sağlamak için örtünün üst kısmına gazlı sargı bezi yastığı yerleştirilebilir. Yara etrafındaki sağlıklı deride ekzama oluşumu çinko oksit krem kullanılmak suretiyle önlenebilir. (sadece yaranın etrafındaki deriye uygulanacaktır.)
